Dear Fast Fashion, We’re Just Not That Into You

Dear Fast Fashion,

Let’s cut to it —

We’ve seen your type before.

Flashy. Overeager. Always in a rush.

You show up with fake charm, a thousand clones, and a price tag that screams "I’ll fall apart in three wears."

Cute.

But we’re gonna stop you right there:

We’re just not that into you.

You move fast.

But babe, so does a bad decision.

You love trends.

We love stories.

You chase “what’s in.”

We chase what matters.

You mass-produce.

We hand-paint. One piece at a time. With intention, imagination, and actual human hands. Remember those?

We get it — you’re convenient.

You offer 47 shades of beige crop tops and polyester sadness.

You say “shop now, pay later.”

But we both know someone else already paid for that —underpaid labor, overworked ecosystems, polluted landfills and wardrobes filled with things no one remembers wearing.

You talk about “drops.”

We talk about legacy.

You want us to match trends.

We’d rather match energy.

And darling, our energy is original.

Here’s the thing:

At Draw Me Drama™, we don’t do trendy.

We do timeless with teeth.

Our jackets aren’t made to fit in.

They’re made to stand up.

To say something.

To feel like something.

Because the truth is — when your clothes have no soul, neither does your style.

We’re not here to shame anyone who’s worn you.

You’ve had your moments. We’ve all been there.

But we’re done with flings.

We’re in it for slow love.

Clothes that mean something.

Clothes that last, not because of stitching alone — but because they connect.

Fast fashion, you burn bright.

But you burn out.

Meanwhile, our pieces are still being worn ten years later —

Smelling like stories, not chemicals.

A little frayed at the hem, maybe.

But more beautiful for it.

Because when you wear something real,

it wears in, not out.

Oh — and one more thing?

We don’t care if everyone’s doing it.

We’d rather do the opposite.

You’ve got mass appeal.

We’ve got hand-painted chaos and customers who’d rather be one of one than one of millions.

You cater to algorithms.

We paint for the weirdos, the wild ones, the wanderers.

You serve the likes.

We serve the soul.

So, thanks for the memories.

But we’re moving on.

To slow, intentional, rebellious fashion.

To clothing that feels like home.

To art you wear, not ads.

And if that makes us “niche?”

We’ll take it.

Because niche is just code for real enough to not please everybody.

Sincerely,

A brand that’s hand-painted, never mass-producedDraw Me Drama™
