It can take anything between 10-15 days where we consult the art work, decide a design and a colour palette for you. After this we walk around and source fabric or the garment that you would like and finally start the creating and stencilling process.

We price them on the number of hours and intricacy of the paint work that goes into it. Since we are tailor making the garment too, we consider the detailed work that our team dedicates to it.

It is simple, always store it covered, try to place a soft fabric or paper on the painted area if you are folding it away. For washing, wash in room temperature water. Hand wash only with Mild detergents. Do not iron on the painted parts. You can reverse iron it. Also it is highly confusing that they should be dry cleaned; this is an absolute no as the chemicals used in dry cleaning tend to make the paint crack or even start chipping.

We do not take returns. Once we make a piece it is yours completely. Alterations can be done in minor bits, such as fittings. Length can be shortened but not increased. And size can be managed in terms of about 1-2” over all. With artworks that are slightly more intricate, the fitting is done before it is painted on.
